Email Instructions

For your convenience, submit an email order any time to print@carolscopycenter.com. A Carol's employee will contact you during business hours when your order is complete and ready to be picked up.

To best prevent formatting and font changes, please send all files as PDFs or JPEG.

Please specify the following in your email order:
         a. Color or black & white printing
         b. Single-sided or double-sided printing
         c. Paper type (i.e paper or cardstock, paper color, etc.)
         d. Number of copies (if you are cutting them, specify if quantities are before or after cuts)
         e. Cutting, stapling, 3-hole punching, binding, laminating (if needed)
         f.   When order is needed
         g. Whether or not the order is on an account (and what account it is on)
         h. Name and phone number

November 1 - December 25 is our busiest time of the year. Turnaround during these times will be longer. Please plan accordingly. We will contact you about your order as soon as possible.
